Registration & Warranty
01 | Registration
Riding a defective balance bike is like sledding in the summer: it doesn’t work. That’s why we highly encourage you to register your VéloCliqué Glider Pro below.
We mean it when we say that we’re committed to quality. It’s a pinky promise where crosses don’t count. At the same time, manufacturing issues can happen (it’s as likely as pigs flying, but still).
We’ll cover imperfections from the factory (if you leave it outside during a storm and it gets struck by lightning, however, you’re out of luck). Contact us for questions and complete the registration below using your VéloCliqué Glider Pro’s serial number.

02 | ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

All you need to do is send us a picture of the damage, and we will happily help you promptly. In case if something breaks or a part gets stolen from your bike, you can buy all components from us at cost on a case-by-case basis.
